Annie, an 11-year-old longs for her parents to rescue her from the Municipal Orphanage and its mean-spirited matron, Agatha Hannigan. Billionaire Oliver Warbucks decides to adopt her, but he must first deal with Miss Hannigan's opportunistic schemes.
